Shipping Policy

We always endeavor to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after we received the payment. Generally, we will take about 2-4 days to ship your order.  We have 2 shipping methods for customers but if the Express shipping method is cheaper than the Standard shipping method, we will show only the Express shipping method option.

1.  DHL Global Mail Standard Shipping with tracking number

US & Canada : orders can be expected to arrive within 1 - 3 weeks (Metropolitan areas).
(for Non-metropolitan areas, delivery time is approximately 2 - 4 weeks)

Europe and Oceania : orders can be expected to arrive within 1 - 3 weeks.

Asia : orders can be expected to arrive within 1 - 2 weeks.

** Some backorder and hard to find items may require 3-4 days for processing.
*** All orders are with shipping guarantee of 30 Days. We will resend the package once if customers fail to receive the order within 30 days.


2.  Fedex Express with Tracking number

Express orders can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days ( world wide )

Return Policy

Unopened items - can be returned for a full refund if they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. You must pay for the returned shipping and handling charges.

Opened items - Sorry, opened items can not be returned.

damaged or defective item - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately to Contact us Damaged/defective items must be returned to us. We will replace the item and send the replace item to you after we receive the returned product.

Lost orders (30 days shipping guaranteed- You can directly contact us at Contact us Form This is in case that the parcel may have been lost in transit ( or takes longer than 30 days since you place order ). We can track your order with registration number. Lost orders will be reshipped only once.

Undeliverable shipment- Usually the parcel will be shipped back to our office if it cannot be delivered. We will contact you via provided email and resend the parcel only once without any charge.

US & Canada : การจัดส่งสินค้าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1-3 อาทิตย์ สำหรับเขตเมือง
(** ถ้าเป็นนอกเมืองจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 2-4 อาทิตย์)

Europe and Oceania : การจัดส่งสินค้าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1-3 อาทิตย์

Asia : สินค้าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1-2 อาทิตย์


แบบด่วนพิเศษ [ Fedex Express - พร้อม Tracking number ]

การจัดส่งสินค้าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 3-5 วันทำการ ทั่วโลก

สินค้าทุกชิ้นจะได้รับการห่ออย่างพิเศษ เพื่อให้สินค้าทุกชิ้นถึงมือท่านอย่างปลอดภัย

การคืนสินค้า

สินค้าที่ยังไม่ได้เปิด - สามารถคืนเพื่อรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนได้ ภายใน 30 วันจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า ลูกค้าเป็นคนรับผิดชอบในส่วนของค่าส่งสินค้าคืน

สินค้าที่้เปิดแล้ว - ขออภัยสำหรับสินค้าที่เปิดแล้ว ทางร้านไม่สามารถรับคืนสินค้าได้

สินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย - ถ้าท่านได้รับสินค้าที่ชำรุดเสียหาย โปรด ติดต่อเรา ทันที สินค้าที่ชำรุดเสียหายต้องส่งคืนกลับมา ถ้่าสินค้าชำรุดจากทางผู้ิผลิตจริง ทางเราจะส่งสินค้าไปให้ท่านอีกครั้ง

สินค้าสูญหาย รับประกัน 30 วัน - ถ้าท่านไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายใน 30 วัน โปรด ติดต่อเรา ทันที ทางเราจะตรวจสอบสถานะสินค้าของท่านกับทางบริษัทส่งของ และถ้าสูญหายทางเราจะส่งสินค้าใหม่ไปให้ท่านทันที

สินค้าไม่สามารถส่งได้ - สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถส่งได้ และถูกส่งกลับมาที่ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าของเรา ทางเราจะติดต่อท่านทันที
